I was casually watching porn this morning, a lot of missionary videos find them curiously hot just now.
However I got really frustrated by the amount of “porn” cumshots on stomachs or other parts of the body.
I find orgasms hot as hell whether they are male or female, and hearing a man climax in a woman gets me going.
These were all amateur videos as well.
Has this just been normalised by the porn industry or am I being over critical

It’s the algorithm and also directors thinking you can’t grasp the idea someone has cum.
I think it probably is normalised.
I think it’s largely influenced by being because most porn is aimed at men, and men are largely visual creatures.
Personally, I enjoy seeing a cumshot, and as I suspect is the same with most people, I have my usual favourites - on the face/boobs/ass, in the mouth etc.
I get very little from sounds and always find creampies underwhelming to watch.

@Gareth I do appreciate a good cumshot, when I’ve searched for it. But I do like watching real couples have sex with real sounds and emotions. There is something primal in those moments when a man finishes in a woman. When I’m there or there about the thought of pulling out never enters my mind.

I guess it’s probably that porn is mostly about not being ‘normal’ and (I suspect) most viewers will want the extraordinary and for most is unattainable. Ie your orgies, threesomes, double penetration, incredulously hot people, huge dicks, and people doing nasty shit many only dream of like rimming, face fucking etc.
I guess most people don’t turn to porn for the normal, or the attainable. I’m generalising, of course.
I can’t speak for everyone, but unless trying for a kid, or one of us has protection, there’s no chance in me not pulling out.

I think part of the idea of the pull out is to visually confirm the male has had an orgasm. Besides the the sound of someone orgsming, and some are less vocal, the eruption of semen is an unmistakable confirmation of the end of the event. I have used the pull out at times when my ex was nearing peak fertile territory and we didn’t want to chance pregnancy. Plus, I liked to see the cum shooting out. It is very erotic, though, to witness the end of a sexual session, with the male finishing with those last deep thrusts, and the pulsing spasms seen on his perineal area.
That was our one and only form of contraception in 25+years. Always on belly, bum, boobs or bed.

In our younger and some would say more reckless days we used this as our chosen form of contraception.
Certainly, post menopause sex is good because pregnancy is no longer a threat. Then, finishing inside her becomes available and preferable to many. The downside to menopause is the hormonal shifts that play havoc to women’s libido and pleasure. Truly a mixed blessing.
Because as others have mentioned, it’s visuals and porn is visual. Especially if it’s catered to men. Totally agree about missionary being underrated. It’s the position that I and my husband feel closest to each connection wise .it also allows for both involved to see what going on ,ie upstairs if I’m playing with my boobs ,downstairs I can see him in me to a degree and he can see the same.
