don’t know about a ceiling hook, I think a RSJ might be required as it will be supporting around 25 stone at least.

It’s all about the joists! We’ve got frames built around the joists above that our hooks hang from. They’ll take an awful lot of abuse (which is why we overengineered it in the first place)
