As a smaller guy myself doggy style doesn’t work well for the head of the penis comes out. So many times as a 4.75” penis that with much movement I come out. I need to more just move around with small thrusts. It is not a position for smaller guys.
When you are as small as he is he knows it. Talking to him about an extension for some spice might be awkward at first, but once he does it and she loves it he will put it on gladly. I would suggest a smaller one where only an inch extra. I have loved the longer strides when I have used them. Wife only lets me use them on rare occasions because of my insecurities with my size.
