Anyone in here had experience with having sex with paralysed guys and know some good positions for better sex. I've had great sex in the past but always looking for better positions..I'm paralysed from the belly button down with limited penis function and size so getting good penetration can be difficult and girl on top the only way
If adventerous u can do alot. Spooning (girl can just move her hips, stradle/cow girl in chair are the things i can think of for now
Try to be adventurous as possible
