so things have been hectic and I realized I had not updated this thread in a while... this one speaks to me today. I hope it reaches those who need it too. Too often I am so busy running around I overlook self care. Soak in the tub, book a massage, tune out for 15 minutes... just do something fro you today because:
I am well worth the time spent on my healing.

Miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do your fears.
I sometimes get in a trap of worry and doubt. Think about the time wasted on something we canot control or the unknown. Today I revisited some personal goals and realized i need to spend more time on those vs. wondering "what if" or doubting myself.
I'd thoroughly recommend Mindfulness :) Did some as part of my degree and it's made me so much happier as a person. I don't carry negative things around as much now.
