Hey lovehoney peps remember to love yourself this week,
I have been a bit down about money woes with home repairs run amuck and I see others struggling with finances and I thought this would be a good reminder:
"If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy."
The tide might be out right now, but it will be back in soon.
It reminds me that nothing stays bad forever and that things will get better.
This is my own today... not a simple cut and paste quote but I am sharing a personal goal I have written out for myself this year I hope you may take something from as this is my journal entry today:
What do I have to be grateful for? Don't let yourself get caught in the trap of thinking negative today. Even when you feel sick or frustrated it will get better.
Don't let other people's nefative attitudes or opinions guide you today, instead remember the good and be grateful for where you are in this moment and how far you have come.
