Here is one picture of vaginal weight lifting, this is about 1,3kg, but my record is 4,4kg now (with scale and Perifit).

Many years ago when I trained actively, my record was as high as 12 kilos !!

(Perifit record. When I give my everything in strenght, cant get so good results in speed, duration and control)

(Speed record is 6 with Perifit. I wish to learn relax more quickly to get higher speed!)

(Control record is 41 with Perifit. Duration I get almost always the maximum if I want).
