I would like to read your experiences of vaginal muscles, men and women. I do also VAGINAL WEIGHT LIFTING and would like to find others with same hobby
I noticed, that there are many kind of muscles in my vagina, and I can control them quite well separately too. Would like to find more women who have noticed the same. Of course muscles are near entrance, but also deep in the vagina.
I learned that I can keep entrance relaxed and only contract muscles deeper inside. And I can contract muscles only in the right side of vagina, left side, back side or front side, separately when other muscles are relaxed. This takes much concentrating and practice. Also, if I insert pen to my pussy, and put piece of paper near, I can draw and write using only my vaginal muscles, other body parts are relaxed.
Vaginal weight lifting is lovely, it increases strenght much, and makes me capable of have long, strong orgasms and multiorgasms.
Here is how I train:
I put jade egg inside vagina, with lubricant if needed.
I squueze as much as I can, and pull from the scale (scale is in the picture). I see from the scale what is the record (its enough for me if I even quickly visit in the record).
I rest for a moment abd repeat couple of times, with all 3 size jade eggs. Smallest is most difficult, biggest is easiest. I write down the results.
I rest 1-3 days to let muscles grow while resting. I also relax vaginal muscles massaging, streching and caressing. Also, I train with Perifit games pelvic muscles: speed, agility, endurance. For gaining strenght vaginal weight lifting is the best.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED?
-I am able to multiorgasm nowadays (my record is 100 orgasm in 1 session, but wont do that again, was too rough).
-Vagina is miraculous, powerful organ. It feels that it has its own will, its conscious creature part of human body.
-I can have really strong and long orgasms (longest measured is 40 minutes I have had. 40 minutes long ONE orgasm, without pauses).
-Many kind of orgasms can also occur at the same time, so that one starts, then another comes, and another, and then some stops but others still continue. Its like orchestra: different orgasms are like music instruments playing, and they can play separately or all at the same time, volume varies too.
