My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and we were discussing how far along would pegging possibly be unsafe. With our first we had sex pretty much up to the due date, but idk how different pegging is, if it’s different at all
Are you asking about her pegging you with a strap-on dildo or you penetrating her anally?

In that case I would think that it would be safe for as long as she can fit into the harness and is happy with the exertions required.

I think we will have to get all of our pegging done in the first few months then lol
My wife is also pregnant (over half way) and has manged to peg me a good few times.

That’s reassuring! Obviously I care more about her comfort and safety than getting pegged lol but that’s good to know it might be an option
I personally can’t see why it would be unsafe at any point. Uncomfortable at some stage, probably, yes and as @rockstar says, the main issue will probably be getting into the harness! 
If she starts finding it uncomfortable, stop then.
