Hi, anyone had any issues with premium delivery? I Paid for an order on Monday evening with Premium delivery as I’m going to be around today for delivery but it’s still saying just ‘label created’ and doesn’t seem to have even been picked up?

Usually there’s a cut off time for orders, and Lovehoney’s on a Monday is 5pm (here’s the link). If you ordered in the evening of Monday, as you mentioned, it might not have been collected until yesterday and is working it’s way through the system. Hopefully you will have an update soon
