Hi there all you wonderful people out there, please let me apologise firstly if this gets a little graphic but I do need your help, so here goes.
I have always wanted to know if there are any particularly thorough ways to prepare for anal sex. In particular making sure everything is clean inside. The thing is that I am meeting an experienced bi couple for a swing date evening, they want a no holes barred evening with an emphasis on him as a top, which for me as a bottom is great but I always worry about the obvious!!!
So any advice on the best ways to douche and timings of etc, would be most gratefully received, and again sorry if this is a little taboo!!!
Sorry everyone, I have just found the search forum bit and theres loads of info on here, but i dont know how to delete this thread!!!! but please ignoreit as I am now sorted out.
When you say high volume what sort of quantity would you suggest please.
High volume is generally 2-4 litres.
Most people can comfortably take 2 litres, your large intestine can normally hold 4-5 litres when empty but not necessarily comfortably and in any case it isn’t necessary to go to that level to get a good clean out.
If you use a shower attachment bear in mind that you need to be able to reduce the water pressure manually or it won’t work out well. You want pretty low pressure. Also bear in mind that water out of your tap is likely to be chlorinated and your large intestine is full of bacteria, both beneficial and harmful. Repeated or too frequent tap water enemas can cause imbalances and allow harmful bacteria to take over so to speak. There are also differences in osmotic pressure, basically tap water is electrolyte free meaning that the water will draw electrolytes out of your body and your body will absorb water from your intestine. Be sure to replace these electrolytes by having some fruit juice before and after your enema. Also stay away from sugar and cured meats etc for 24-48 hours before and after to encourage good recolonisation of your gut, your gut will be as healthy as the food you eat generally.
There are alternatives using enema bags that allow you to use a solution that is osmotically inert meaning you don’t absorb water and it doesn’t absorb electrolytes, this is the ideal situation but not necessary as long as done in moderation.
Enemas can be addicting, my partner and I call the feeing you get after a full enema the “payoff” because the enema isn’t always very nice, but the feeling after is. It is not always possible to get there IME, your body won’t always cooperate.
I advise reading up some on it, and go slow at first, if you use a shower attachment measure the flow so that you know how much volume you have taken on, and generally go slow, I’ll take on 2-3 litres over about 45-60 seconds depending on how my body is playing along. I normally try to retain the water for 10 minutes but it is not always possible to do that. I fill and empty twice as well taking on more volume the second time. Normally you now you’ve reached the payoff when all the excess gas is released at the end! Learn about your anatomy and generally limit yourself to once a week or less to be safe.
Hello King Girthy, I would like to thank you for taking the time to answer my question about enemas so well and thoroughly. I am going to give a practice run in the morning using my shower. It has a flow control and i have timed it all for the correct amount of water. Can you tell me how soon after said enema that i could indulge in penatrive play please? I tend to prefer deeper girthy type of play. Thanks again so very much.
How long after depends, a good rule of thumb is 30-45 minutes to give any remaining fluids time to work it’s way out. with some experience I can usually feel it if I’m not completely empty but I have had water come out more than an hour afterward. That usually only happens when I haven’t been able to get completely empty though.
When you start to fill up, you will feel an initial buildup of pressure very soon after you start, this is your rectum filling up and sigmoid resisting the flow of water, if you you have the water pressure low enough the pressure builds slowly until it releases and starts to allow the water deeper. When the pressure starts to build further up in your abdomen after another 30-60 seconds that’s when your starting to get full. If there’s a good blockage this can sometimes feel like your getting full, you can stop and then after a minute or two the pressure will subside and you can take some more on if your want. Sometimes that initial pressure is very hard to overcome, that is one of the ways your body can decide not to cooperate but normally you can get 2-3 good fill ups before your body says no more. Give yourself at least an hour to get fully cleaned out, have a bowel movement beforehand and don’t eat a lot before doing it. It can give you some acid reflux and make you burp depending on the position. It’s a bit of self experimentation really but when you get the hang of it, I think it’s worth it. I have one a week normally. Also makes you feel and look thinner for 24-48 hours
Hi good morning, ok so a good hour to an hour and a half, should be enough before hand. I understand that everyone is different so as you say its a bit of a learning curve to get it right, but its something that i am sure will pay dividends in the long run. Thank you again for all of your great advice and taking the time to write it all down! Best regards.
