Price range on dildos

LH has a spectacular range of dildos to pick from. What I’m intrigued about is the real difference between the £20 - £30 ones, (We have a couple) and the £130 -£140 ones. What are you getting for that extra money? and will we feel it…most likely me while being pegged!

Specifically these two are on my list (I know they are different sizes, but more interested in the feel of them…also one is out of stock…hopefully a temporary situation)-

Interesting point you raise, I couldn’t comment, but look forward to seeing what others have to say on the matter.

Unrelated, but when I got married everyone thought I paid thousands on my wedding dress, It had a long train, applique lace, lace-up back… everything a blushing bride could want. What I actually paid was a tidy £275, and the quality was amazing.

Where am I going with this? Well because just like with wedding dresses, sometimes it’s not about the product but about the brand - brand names do cost more. With brands comes reputation and quality assurance, of course, but sometines it really is just all about the brand.

Whatever you decide to go for, I hope you have lots of fun

Looking at the two I would say the price difference is partly the brand but mostly the material and design. The Vixen is silicone which is more expensive a material than the King Cock which is PVC. The Vixen is also dual density meaning you have a firmer core and the softer outer layer, which are more expensive to make compared to the King Cock which is just one firmness all the way through

Thanks @calie that was my thought. I am hoping that someone will be able to explain/critique how much difference that dual core makes ‘in use’, as it were. It’s a lot of cash to risk if it’s not noticeable once I’m on the receiving end!

The dual density ones tend to feel more realistic …. More “fleshy” on the outside but still plenty firm enough to use as intended :joy: both are good but it’s up to personal preference. My OH prefers realistic feeling to the the other, but if the mood takes her she can’t get enough of the weight and cold feel of metal or glass!

Sometimes the price hike can be as simple as it just having a star name slapped on or a top brand. Alternatively some more expensive ones have a better life like feel to them or will do something like vibrate or ejaculate…

But on the opposite end you can equally get a cheaper dildo what does all the bells and whistles and is great for money
