Could be a problem with the ladies later in life e.g. the menopause as this causes thinning of the vaginal walls and can result in micro tears during sex, so would have thought leaving a PA in during sex might cause problems.
I have had one for about 10 years. I really love it.
I wear a curved bar in it regularly though I prefer a ring. The problem with the ring is the captive ball kept falling out.
What age did you get it done at? And did it ever or does it still impact on your sex life in anyway at all??

I was 28. I don’t know if it necessary affected my sex life that drastically other than it looks hot and feels sexy knowing I have it.
I don’t regret it and it’s never coming out.

Not tricky with BJ’s? as that would be one thing I’d worry about it affecting as it’s always part of our play at some stage!!

For me I sometimes forget it’s even there. It’s part of me now.
The process was pretty easy and it helped that that piercer was hot.
She really likes it. BJ are not a problem and got even better when she got her tongue ring.
