I bought my partner a Womanizer Premium Eco via Lovehoney and unfortunately after the first usage it has never turned on since. I’ve tried switching off Smart Silence, charging the battery to full and even tried a replacement rechargeable battery. Nothing works. I filled in the warranty form on the Womanizer site 10 days ago and have had no reply. Womanizer’s site says a reply should take 5-7 days and if you contact them again it’ll reset that time period. Not sure what to do. Anyone had a similar experience? Any advice?
The slow response could be due to an increase in enquiries during the weeks before Christmas. When did you buy the toy? Could you contact LH customer care and see if you can get it replaced via them?
That’s a good point. I wasn’t sure who’s responsibility a return would be as I bought it in July. It worked first time, got a bit frustrated with it second time as it didn’t seem to want to turn on. Left a few months and only tried again in November and found it impossible to get it working. I’d imagine that’s outside of LH’s returns window and needs to be a warranty matter.
The festive period is always busier for customer service people. I’d enjoy Xmas and New Year and then see if they get back to you ![]()
Yeah, that’s over the 100 days. Give it until after Christmas / New year and then follow it up. Do they have a phone number or live chat so you know you’ve got through to an actual person who could check the status of your return request?
