I haven't got anything glass as yet .Think I've been a bit put off cos I'm so clumsy , I'd be worried about breaking it but I've since read that it's very strong so might reconsider.

I think the only materials i haven't tried are Glass and Ceramic. i would like to try glass someday

Ceramic, scared that it'll break (esp since the only thing I have found is a hollow plug lol). Also never tried wood or stone. Would like to try everything once, I guess! :p

I want to try wood when funds are allowing. Stone sounds fun.

Only thing left to try is wood. Shame I can't justify a nobessence toy. I have a feeling that wood would really work for me.

Insertable toys it's silicon for me, out of the realistic silicon ones UR3 is the current benchmark, feels better than vixskin and cyberskin.id love for my OH to try glass but she always frowns when I suggest one, she also hates anything cold up there.

Ceramic! But sadly lovehoney doesn't sell it anymore :(

Oh and aluminium witch I hope to buy after Xmas :)

I haven't tried wood or ceramic.

I'd give wood a try, but not overly sold on ceramic.

Having just tried Steel for the first time which was amazing I think were going to get some njoy toys.

Not sure what next maybe Ceramic but it seems rather delicate.

I've never tried aluminium but I really want to (considering buying the Julian Snelling rosebud butt plug...). Out of the materials people have mentioned on here I haven't tried wood or ceramic but I'm not that interested in them right now. And then there's materials like sil-a-gel and jelly that I haven't tried because I prefer for my toys to be body safe.

My OH loves her wooden dildo we picked up at erotica last year. I had a Ebony plug made for me by the same guy, but it's too big at the present, must start practicing.

Otherwise silicon, glass and metal are all good.

Would love some ceramic toys......

I'm surprised there is not marble, toys like eggs or round balls, Sophie- re aluminium, don't be tempted to put it through the dish washer whilst they're great for cleaning "toys" aluminium reacts with the detergent, stainless steel is fine.

I would think ceramic is the same as glass unless the ceramic is matt finish.
