Bit embarassing but what exactly is this? I know where your prostate it is but didnt realize it was something that could be used for pleasure? I thought it was the leading cause of cancer in men and the reason we don't want to turn 50,

i apologise for my naiveity...

Don't need to apologise a prostate massage can prevent prostate cancer, because it releases seman through stimulation of the the prostate.

Im no expert on how to 'massage' it although I have found mine.

Its absolutely NOTHING to be embarressed about :)

A "proGasm" can be really intense in a good way and you'll want to have one every time once you've had one.

The prostate can be stimulated either by putting pressure on the perinium or the best bet is to use a massager like the aneros inside your bum.

Kinda like a womans g-spot a guys p-spot is located in roughly the same area if you were on your back.

I'm slightly hung up on it lol... im not really sure what it was. Its something i may try but probably after a few beers.

The recomendation isto start with a finger and a lot of lube, do know if one uses any lubricant or perhaps try a specialist anal one?

Anal lube is obviously going to be better, My favourite go-to lube is available here -

Look for Maximus or Sassy. Both are brilliant for this and are long lasting.

All I can say is really relax, Dont get too drunk or you wont feel any pain, which is actually very important that you do, If you do any damage and cant feel yourself doing it, Well say no more!

Lol just my luck... I bought a few, well two things but couldn't decide if i needed one. The other posts seemed to suggest that it was up to you. I dont want the experience to be spoilt by being unclean but thought i'd wait for someone who's more experienced opinion...

I'll admit i wasn't sure what techniques to use and cleaning myself with a douche was a bit tricky (that makes me sound a bit senile and incontinent) but after i relaxed it was a sensation that ive never felt/ /me knees still feel weak...
