I agree, I’ve used a few prostate massagers but can’t easily get a purely prostate/hands-free orgasm with one. Achieving pure prostate/hands-free orgasms can take much more practice and a long session for many people!
Coupling a prostate massager with other pleasure like penetrative sex/blowjob/handjob will certainly enhance those orgasms. You would probably need an extremely powerful massager and a long session to achieve a pure prostate orgasm from one.
Personally, a good pounding during pegging or riding a dildo, hitting the P-spot, is the best way I have come close to or achieved more purely prostate orgasms (while having to avoid penile stimulation as best you can!). If you add in penile stimulation you’ll basically end up having a blended orgasm, which is still great in its own right.
