I learned how to have prostate orgasms using an Aneros prostate massager. Basically once in use your pelvic muscles like if your trying to stop urinating. Hold and repeat. There comes a point where your sphincter muscles start contracting on their own and thus making the massager move internally. Better explanation on their site. But I use this technique with most my prostate massagers and dildos when alone. With wife she can assist with manually massaging me. Once you have them it becomes addictive. Most the time I cum hands free it is with a vibrating prostate massager, though I have with the Aneros as well. I think the added vibration adds just that extra stimulation needed to cum hand free. A good position for me to cum hands free is upright on my knees, slightly leaning forward. This position for me hits the spot.

I’ve got a vibrating rotating prostrate massager. I think it’s a tiny and short for me and doesn’t stay in very well. Can’t beat vibrations though.
