I have just caught up, great thread.
I have had a few super anal organisms over my time and have found its mainly time and patience.

I recently did a post about my prostate orgasms, I have about 20-30 orgasms in total in one session!

This is such a great post to catch up on and some excellent tips about mindset and prep.
I agree with your thoughts on vibrating toys, I haven’t had much joy with them as they can be more distracting than arousing but Ill keep an open mind and play with the settings on the high roller.
I also liked your suggestion about staging using different types of toys to get used to the sensation and will try and apply that again when I next have the chance.
The closest I got was with a metal toy (LH njoy equivalent) and the sensation was so intense it was almost scary. From what you and others describe that is something to relax into rather than stop.
