Pumps

Hello all,

Was just looking to get some advice on penis pumps from anyone that has tried them. I don’t struggle to get or stay hard and I am not too bothered about it increasing size, not to brag haha, but more wanting to know if it increases girth much and how long effects last after pump?

Thanks in advance

From my experience, yes, Using a pump will increase the girth of you penis , but to start with only short term. If you commit to using it regularly for a long period of time and you are looking at months the gain are bigger and longer lasting.i have been using a pump for years and have gained just over an inch in length slightly less in girth. If I don’t use it for a while I loose some of the girth gains but the length seems permanent I get the girth backthe next time pump again

From my experience they leave my penis puffy thicker for a few days and more sensitive which is a double bonus!

I have never tried a penis pump, but reading the threads am tempted to try one. Is there a good one you guys recommend?

I use a bathmate which uses water instead of air it seals against your body not the base of the penis which I prefer. I dont use mine in the bath or shower, so need to be well trimmed to gether a seal. I’m shaven so not a problem.several different sizes as well. A bit on the expensive side. But I think worth it

May have to investigate one of these, wife says she’s happy with me and my size, but I’d like to be a little longer/girthier. :person_shrugging:t3::joy:

Get on youtube and look for Hink. He usually wears a Mexican wrestling mask. He’s an American Dr and has been involved in penis enlargement for many years, coming at it from personal experience, his online community, and some medical knowledge as a doctor. Many of his more recent videos have gone a little commercial but look deeper and you’ll find a lot of valuable information. I linked to some here

Or this post from before I realised that long term consistent use can cause permanent gains.

Most places you look will tell you that pumping only provides temporary gains. In the short term thats true, but his experience ( and if you hunt you’ll find his website with lots of before and after photos from other people ) suggests thats not true but that it takes a long time, consistency and care, because you can very easily cause permanent damage to sensation and erectile function.

What you want to avoid is oedema, bruising and petechiae ( these are the least damaging but if you can avoid these you’ll almost certainly avoid the really serious issues. ).

  • Oedema is avoided by going in erect and and maintaining it through out. You want to be pulling blood in, not lymph fluid. Oedema can negatively impact any growth. Also don’t pump for too long. Never over 10 minutes but preferably between 5-7, once a day. If at the end you’re looking puffy and swollen, that’s really not ideal. Lower the pressure and do it for shorter periods. Oedema can prevent/reduce permanent growth.
  • Bruising and petechiae are avoided by pumping slowly, giving time for blood to fill up, by using lots of lube, by not pumping too high. Take 2-3 days to heal.
  • Afterwards you need to use moisturiser as you’ll lose a lot of moisture due to the pressure drop. Its also advisable to perform a rolling massage between both hands to reduce skin darkening from melanocytes that get damaged during pumping.

You might want to talk to your partner. Going bigger might be good for your ego but if it puts an end to penetration you might want to reconsider it. There are plenty of posts on here from people who we would consider blessed, but whose experience suggests they’re anything but. Be careful what you wish for ..

You’ll find a lot of people out there recommending different routines. Believe which ever feels right to you. There’s remarkably little science out there. I’ve gravitated towards Hink as he does bring out the medical research and discuses the anatomy of what likely happens at a cellular level when pumping. His recommendation is 5-7 minutes a day, 7 days a week. If you go through all his vids you can see his thoughts on it have changed over the years based on his own and others experience.

Water or air have pros and cons. Water increases pressure evenly so you don’t get hots spots of more or less pressure. Air can compress, so over the surface of the penis you might get some unevenness of pressure.

But changes in water pressure occurs instantly so pump too hard and you can do damage. Air compresses like a sponge so provides some safety buffer.

Water can also be used warm, which helps relax the tissue and promote stretching. But you can easily do that before hand if using air.

Make sure you get a pump with a pressure gauge. Its important you know the pressure and maintain it. Only increase it over periods of months.

I have been using penis pump for probable over ten years now and I totally agree with what you’re saying Because I have experienced all of these things. If you Apply too much pressure too quickly. You will get red spots and bruising all over your penis , and your foreskin will swell up like a balloon. I have always used a bathmate which is a water pump, And i’ve had good results. I now use it as an exercise for my penis. my advice would be if you are considering using a penis pump It needs to be a long time term commitment if you want to see results. You need to start slowly building up the pressure gradually and make it part of your daily routine

For long term use I agree that Bathmate is the way to go. Just make sure you buy one bigger than you think you need. You don’t want to max it out. It’s great using in shower or tub. Feels good.

I’ve also tried air pumps and feel that you can go too far if not used properly. If it hurts or gets blue, stop and back off a bit. Also, with air pumps you need to be completely smooth at the base of your member and use a lube or baby oil at the base to form a seal. Remember to also lube or oil your member so it doesn’t hang up while pumping.

The air pump is more fun with the OH as it’s more visually interesting and she’ll enjoy watching it grow.

Long term, I did see growth in diameter and length but it went away after stopping. Also, after a while my erections were not as firm as before starting. They returned to being more firm after stopping.

For ED it’s great to get more blood into the penis.

Overall, it’s a novelty and is fun to play around with. Go slow and don’t overdo it. Nobody wants their penis permanently discolored.

Have fun!

If you do go for the bathmate , one last piece of advice. Wear a cock ring or something similar around your balls to prevent them from being drawn into the tube. Which can be uncomfortable

I have this one and think it’s great for addition growth. Like others have said, you get instant results for a short time. If you want lasting results, use more often.

The addition of different size rings is great as you can find the right size for you.

As I just mentioned on another thread, there is some really good advice on the Forum which makes it such a helpful place. Not sure that anywhere else would offer such helpful user led pump advice
