Pumps

Get on youtube and look for Hink. He usually wears a Mexican wrestling mask. He’s an American Dr and has been involved in penis enlargement for many years, coming at it from personal experience, his online community, and some medical knowledge as a doctor. Many of his more recent videos have gone a little commercial but look deeper and you’ll find a lot of valuable information. I linked to some here

Or this post from before I realised that long term consistent use can cause permanent gains.

Most places you look will tell you that pumping only provides temporary gains. In the short term thats true, but his experience ( and if you hunt you’ll find his website with lots of before and after photos from other people ) suggests thats not true but that it takes a long time, consistency and care, because you can very easily cause permanent damage to sensation and erectile function.

What you want to avoid is oedema, bruising and petechiae ( these are the least damaging but if you can avoid these you’ll almost certainly avoid the really serious issues. ).

  • Oedema is avoided by going in erect and and maintaining it through out. You want to be pulling blood in, not lymph fluid. Oedema can negatively impact any growth. Also don’t pump for too long. Never over 10 minutes but preferably between 5-7, once a day. If at the end you’re looking puffy and swollen, that’s really not ideal. Lower the pressure and do it for shorter periods. Oedema can prevent/reduce permanent growth.
  • Bruising and petechiae are avoided by pumping slowly, giving time for blood to fill up, by using lots of lube, by not pumping too high. Take 2-3 days to heal.
  • Afterwards you need to use moisturiser as you’ll lose a lot of moisture due to the pressure drop. Its also advisable to perform a rolling massage between both hands to reduce skin darkening from melanocytes that get damaged during pumping.

You might want to talk to your partner. Going bigger might be good for your ego but if it puts an end to penetration you might want to reconsider it. There are plenty of posts on here from people who we would consider blessed, but whose experience suggests they’re anything but. Be careful what you wish for ..

You’ll find a lot of people out there recommending different routines. Believe which ever feels right to you. There’s remarkably little science out there. I’ve gravitated towards Hink as he does bring out the medical research and discuses the anatomy of what likely happens at a cellular level when pumping. His recommendation is 5-7 minutes a day, 7 days a week. If you go through all his vids you can see his thoughts on it have changed over the years based on his own and others experience.

Water or air have pros and cons. Water increases pressure evenly so you don’t get hots spots of more or less pressure. Air can compress, so over the surface of the penis you might get some unevenness of pressure.

But changes in water pressure occurs instantly so pump too hard and you can do damage. Air compresses like a sponge so provides some safety buffer.

Water can also be used warm, which helps relax the tissue and promote stretching. But you can easily do that before hand if using air.

Make sure you get a pump with a pressure gauge. Its important you know the pressure and maintain it. Only increase it over periods of months.
