Hi Brenna,
I’d recieved an LH offer via my email and logged in to activate it, I had a look around my account when I logged on, as the likes of my credit card needed updating and notice my purchase history doesn’t show at all? Only things that show are tester items?
My email is correct, address etc and I can see on LH site as recent as last week my new review is live.
Just concerned my purchases haven’t been logged?
Does this matter? especially in terms of being a tester? As I do purchase items and review.
I’ve just done another review today for an item I purchased but even its not showing as a purchase (understand the review wont be live for a few days) can you advise if anything needs fixing?
I did have an issue a while back with a similar thing, im almost sure, I contacted to return an item and they couldn’t find my purchase number, I had to go back and forth with customer service, then they located it.

Editing to say: I wonder is it because im sometimes not logged in when I purchase? I sometimes leave this forum and head over to shop but I fill the short name/address in and purchase. Ive checked and the purchase ive just made 10mins ago is showing so maybe thats it, as I’d logged in to activate my code?
Would still appreciate if you can check you can see my purchase history even at your end 
Um, sounds like it’s probably because you weren’t logged in. But then you would have logged in when you paid, right? Unless you used a different email address? As far as I know everything is connected by your email address but Brenna will know better than me. Just thought I’d reply mainly to say that Brenna won’t see this until Monday since she doesn’t work weekends.

I think you may be right, you dont have to log in to purchase, its almost like a guest checkout, I didn’t even notice before, so long as all purchases are logged somewhere!
Possibly same issue as me. Ive noticed that my previous orders dont always show and assume it is as i havent logged in for some reason when completing orders.

@Kitty-Cat01 is correct, it will be because you have checked out as a “guest” so your orders are not connected to your account.
The only time it would affect you as a tester would be if all of your orders aren’t connected, as then it would look like you hadn’t purchased anything at first glance

Oh no I think I’ve made most of my purchases as a guest
I did wonder why at times I’d have to add my address and others it was automatic (obviously the times I’ve been logged in)
I’ve bought a few things recently too. Well I hope it makes sense if you see my reviews and aren’t thinking she didn’t even buy that
I honestly did!
I’ve another review to do but of course it won’t show in my history, should I still go ahead?

Yep, feel free to go ahead with the review, I’m pretty sure the system will still pick it up as a “verified purchase review” - it just isn’t linked to your shopping account
