Hi all,
We are looking for some tips on toy storage. I know 'general' toy storage has been discussed before and we have taken heed from that and purchased a whole load of the LH satin toy bags to store things in to keep them seperate.
However one of our newer toys is a PVC manufactured toy that feels like a firm, but soft rubber and has a slightly 'tacky' feel to it.
Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how this should / could be stored? We tried putting it in one of the LH bags but it just clings to the material. I'm not really sure what else to try, although I did think that perhaps some kind of paper liner in the bag might help? Anyway I thought I'd ask all the knowledgable folk out there for suggestions :)
Thanks all!
It's not very pretty but maybe a ziploc bag, although I'm unsure if there would be any reaction with the materials. Plain cotton drawstring bags could be an option - I don't have any pvc toys but I do have a few verrrry soft silicone ones that cling to basically everything and those are what I keep them in when they're not in their display tubes. You can get them on ebay.
Many thanks SC, so you find that it doesn't cling to the cotton bags? - Hmm, time for some bizarre experimentation I think (imagine rubbing a dildo on pillowcase etc.!) If it doesn't seem as attracted to the cotton as it is to the satin we may have to invest.
Thanks :)
We use ziploc bag with a small bit of cornflour in it for OHs UR3strokers which go tacky if left in the air.
Not sure if it's suitable for pvc, can't see why it wouldn't be . It works brilliantly on his toys. X

Nope! They work fine, they're a bit thicker than pillowcase material, almost flannel-y?
I have these exact ones, this website does personalised printing stuff but you can just buy the plain ones for really cheap if you like and they come in different sizes and stuff: https://thecleverbaggers.co.uk/drawstring-bag-15x20cm

I would never have thought of cornflour!
Do you then have to wash the toy again before use?
Thanks for the link sleepycelia - will do some cotton experiments and then maybe order some bags, depending on the cornflour testing.

Its what is used on fleshlights etc to maintain the real feel so I doubt it would be harmful in anyway but if its a sleeve I would as it would clump with lube... but dust the outer bit again before use. its fab, i cant abide that tacky senasation. even typing that made me shudder LOL :) hope it works for you x
