realistic dildo for beginners

I'm looking for a bit of advice on dildos. I'm a beginner with toys and am a virgin and I'm looking for a realistic one that is not too big in girth. I would like one that is substantial in girth but not one that is going to split me in two! I already have a vibrator that fits alright but as i said I would like one that fills me without splitting me! (the doctor already tried that with a speculum! Not a happy bunny!)

So, any recommendations please?

Thanks!

How wide is your vibrator?

Realistic dildos are usually designed the same size as or larger than the average penis. I would say that Spur VixSkin is probably your best bet.

Hi kinky.kitty,

How about the Lovehoney Lifelike Realistic 6 Inch Dildo?

Lots of great reviews and it's perfect for beginners. There's a video of Annabelle showing the dildo too, so you can get to grips with the size in perspective.

Hope this helps, good luck with your search.

Just seen this post, and was going to suggest the same as Gemma has done.

Not tried it myself but I really want to, heard good things about the LH lifelike realistic dildos.

There's no real comparison between a sex toy and a speculum... I find speculums uncomfortable because it's an uncomfortable situation, but when using sex toys you're more relaxed, more turned on, etc. it's a lot easier! Just buy something that takes your fancy -- remember you can always return it if it doesn't work for you!

Great idea Gemma!

kinky.kitty, why not try the vibrating version of this toy? - http://www.lovehoney.co.uk/product.cfm?p=22816 I have had this as a toy and it was really nice! I'm a virgin too and this one wasn't uncomfortable at all; as it has vibrations you might find it easier to take, as it were. Let us know how you get on :)
