Jiggly kegel balls maybe, or a vibrating egg? I've had my Lelo Noir kegel balls in during a spanking before and they do add to it. I imagine having something like the We-Vibe 4 in would add to it because of the vibrations but I don't think it's really designed for that, haha.

We use vibrating balls.............seems to have the desired effect. Long enough wire to tuck battery pack into wasteband of knickers / suspender belt if thats available :-)
I would pick either kegel balls or a vibrating love egg. neither would get in way. Kegel balls I would pick some with preferably smaller balls inside so they move a bit during the spanking and provide bit of stimulation. But remote controlled love egg would also be lot of fun.
