Just a reminder that if you see a post or comment that you believe breaks our Forum Rules, please flag it for the moderation team. Flagging is one of the main ways you can help us keep moderation fair and consistent across the Forum.
We don’t see every post straight away, so if something hasn’t been flagged, it may simply not have come to our attention. If you notice something that concerns you, please flag it at the time so we have the chance to review it. We can only address what we see, so flagging really helps us apply the rules consistently.
A friendly reminder can sometimes help too. If someone seems to have unintentionally missed a rule, you’re welcome to politely point them towards the relevant Forum Rules. Just keep it helpful, there’s no need to publicly judge the post or tell another member off.
We know members sometimes @ mention moderators because they want to make sure we see something, and we appreciate the intention. In most cases, though, the flag button is the better option. It alerts the moderation team without drawing extra attention to the post or the member involved, and allows us to review it properly.
If something urgently needs removing outside moderator hours, please contact our Customer Care team so it can be looked at as quickly as possible!
