I thought I’d pop up a little reminder about the community email ahead of the Christmas break. Please use this email for questions relating to your testers or for questions about the forum.
Please do not use this email for questions or issues with your orders (not testers). This inbox is only monitored when I am in office Monday to Friday. Emailing Customer Care directly is always best, emailing community only adds an extra delay to you getting help. Over Christmas this inbox will not be monitored and I would hate for you to be waiting 2+ weeks for assistance!
