Hi,

Can anybody confirm if this is the correct replacement cable for an Ignite mini wand please?

The dog stole and chewed up the old one this morning while we were otherwise engaged

It looks the same, but if you’ve still got the box or the wee user guide it should tell you there. Otherwise send a msg to customer service and they’ll tell you.

A shame we cant share details, after ordering so many mantric and tracey cox toys, i must have near enough 10 of those cables… and obviously only use 1. Permanently plugged in my bedside USB socket…

Would very happily rehome one.

Thats a good point, check if any of your other toys have cables that you can use.

Mmh, actually the cables i have are different. Dont order mantric or tracey cox toys in the hope they would fit!!!

Spoke to the Live Chat person and it turns out that they don’t sell replacement cables for this one. So once the charge runs out it looks like that’s all folks :frowning:

Can you contact Ignite directly? They may sell them or be nice enough to send you one.

I think it’s a LH product and Ignite is just their range. It’s got the LH logo on it.

You’ll find this sort of connectors is a well used electrical design.

If lovehoney dont sell it as a spare, im sure a visit to amazon or others would eventually sort you out.

Just make sure you get the connector specs right, and you should find it reasonnably easily. If not as a usb cable, as a plug in DC adaptor.
