I am unable to cancel an order so need to return it. What is the process? (I have the link but can’t find out the process until I receive the order).
Do I need to be able to print a label? Can I just hand the parcel back to the delivery person? I have mobility issues so can’t get to the post office and I don’t have a printer
You might be better off confirming with customer care but you can refuse the delivery and it will be returned to Lovehoney but just be aware this can take longer to get a refund that way as it will depend how long it takes the delivery company to return it back to Lovehoney
Why make an order if you then decide to cancel it, what changed? You need to be talking with customer care.
@steve19 Could be lots of reasons incorrectly ordering something it does happen and you only notice it when it’s too late..
@CWH I would get in contact with CS team as soon as possible as what @Calie said refusing the delivery can take alot longer to get a refund, plus you never knew by refusing the delivery will it get back to LH.
I spoke to CS and they just sent me the returns site, but I can’t find out anything about the actual returns process. I’m not worried about how long the refund takes if it means I don’t have to get a cab to and back from the Post Office and/or find a place to print a returns label
I can’t remember what the other options are bc I always just brought anything that I needed to return to the post office.
Not Lovehoney, but I have sent items through the post office that I selected home pick up and the postie collected it. Possibly an option but hnless anyone else knows, you’ll have to wait until you receive it to get the information.
The last time I returned something, I didn’t have to print a lable. The post office just scanned the QR code LH had sent me on my phone and printed the lable themselves. I have always gone to the Post Office though.
There may well be alternatives as @JoCat mentions but worst case scenario, could you not just give the QR code to a neighbour and ask them to drop it off? Unless they use Lovehoney themselves (in which case, why would they judge?), there’s nothing obvious about the box, QR code or lable to say it’s a sex toy going back to Lovehoney.
