Just a quick question how long does it take for a review to be published
Usually they are published within 72 hours 
When was the review submitted?

I’ve had a look and I can’t see any review submitted on Monday. Which product was the review for?
There haven’t been any reviews submitted on that product for 15 days 
Which method did you use to submit your review (eg. from an email link, or on the product page)?
