Hi I don’t know if this is the right place to ask. But I wrote 2 reviews on the website and I can’t see if they have been approved. I wrote them yesterday so I don’t know how long it takes. I am trying to get my reviews up so can we can become a tester

Hi, you should have received an email from yotpo (usually ends up in my junk folder), to confirm your review. Once you’ve done that, it can take around 72 hours - depending on working days to be approved.

Also, make sure to sort the product reviews by new to see once your review has posted! The default sorting of the product reviews is by stars (i.e. 5 stars first) so if you rank it less than 5 (which is perfectly fine as reviews are to know if there’s any shortcomings or aspects of the toy that may not work for some!) it wouldn’t show up on the top that way.
I ran into that when I first started posting reviews as I hadn’t been able to find my reviews posted for some of the products, but I did see my reviews for other ones!
