I can’t answer your question specifically with regards to rimming but I will say I’ve not tried any toy that actually feels at all like cunnilingus. I think oral is a very hard thing for a toy to simulate and I suspect you will be disappointed if you purchase something with the thought it will feel the same.
Having said that, there are very good toys out there that stimulate the sphincter and give a great feeling. Unfortunately the Desire Rimming Butt Plug that LH used to sell (and I have) is no longer sold (I suspect, but have no real evidence bar a name change, that it infringed on b-vibe’s rimming tech as the mechanism is exactly the same and I can think of no other reason to discontinue it!). I digress, but the Desire Rimming Plug is brilliant because of the rotating beads in the neck and the only others with the same tech (but sadly a higher price tag) are the b-vibe ones. They would be my top recommendation over the squeel or fantasy tongue type vibes for what (I think) you want.
I haven’t experienced real rimming (my wife is not interested in it) but depending on what sensation you are looking for, I would second:

Or if you’re more into the circular stimulation around the sphincter a rimming plug
