For me the difference is that we all pee on a regular daily basis, its all very natural so potentially an easier detour to making it sexual. People generally only throw up when they’re sick or have an extreme reaction to something. For me being sick stretches my back in a weird way that it feels like my skin is splitting and it also makes me cry.
I totally get that sploshing is a turn on for you and with this one being produced by the body, I kinda get it, if I squint. Interesting the things people think are too much, compared to other things that people think are fairly normal lol
