Right I am new to here and to up to date toys. Found my rabbit from years ago and gave it a go ..... soon realised why I gave up on it.
Did some research on here and bought a selection to see if I could find something that hit the spot. In my 40's and never actually got there as my body is stubborn. Well once charged gave this a go and was hit by a steam train and got a severely wet bed.
2nd time was intense as hell but then the following days it seemed off like the motor struggled at level 3. Perservered got there a couple of times then thought I would give it a break for a week see if it was me. Well I don't know what to do whether to return for a replacement or exchange for something else as on 3 n 4 when in place the motor was all over the place speedwise.
I won't have time to test again for a week. Going to decharge and recharge but it doesn't seem ok. Just wondering if it is a known fault. I have gone from fireworks in minutes on level 1 to putting it away after 30+ disappointing minutes.
The issue you describe with the motor certainly doesnt sound normal (we have both orig and 2nd gen), I would hop on to live chat help and describe your issue to them, if faulty they're usually really good at offering solutions.
Thank you both. Will contact them when I have enough time. Just not sure whether to ask for a replacement or try something different. Would hate to get another one and it do the same after a few uses. Higher levels seem ok motor wise but too much for me atm. Kinda weird as thought it could have been the charge but higher levels not fluctuating yet.
See what they suggest. They might offer a replacement or something of the same value, dexpending on whether they’re able to come up with a solution to the issue or not. I know a lot of people with this toy and have never heard of this problem before so I wouldn’t worry too much about getting another that does the same. Sounds like a one off.
There’s nothing blocking the motor from working properly is there? Lubricant, water or even dust caught in the mechanism?
