Treated myself to three new male toys, can’t wait for them to arrive.
I did book myself in and have a facial at a spa when we were on holiday. I had a massage on my back once when I had a back problem but would not book a sensual massage as I really don’t like being touched by strangers (issues from my youth).

Ooh ooh! I have another one: for several years my husband and I made advent calendars for one another, I handcrafted the numbers onto the little jute bags myself and everything. Every year I would work my ass off to find things to fill his with, that I knew he would like: After Eight festive chocolates, luxury coffees, little funny gifts (I once included a vulva-shaped lollipop and a note that said “it’s important to maintain exercise”) etc. Unfortunately, every year I found myself forgotten about, so whilst he’d be enjoying his countdown to Christmas, I’d have… nothing until about December 5th, when he’d panic buy a bunch of stuff because he hated seeing me hurt.
And this didn’t happen for just one year, it’s happened for about 3 years in a row now. So I gathered… you know what? Maybe this matters more to me than it does him. Maybe I’m overcomplicating this.
So this year I’m going to buy him a ready-made advent calendar, and I’ve been quietly making one just for me - my “December survival kit” - with little treats for me: Lindor chocolates, shower steamers, lip balms, mini body sprays, pairs of festive ear studs etc. 24, understandably, is a whole box of stuff, including a Mantric bullet vibrator that I can’t wait to try

I suppose its all my anal specific toys. My OH really isn’t keen so I use them when alone. Usually when she’s out with the girls I’ll settle down for something self indulgent and very, very satisfying.
For me, the thing that brings me pleasure, is a really long and hard bike ride, especially if it’s hot outside. I ride a local path, that goes along the lake. There will be folks walking and riding on the path, some going to the beach, dressed in swimwear ( nice to see) the smell of the sunscreen is intoxicating. And the ride itself leaves me exhausted and relaxed mentally.
If I ride with my OH, it is always a slower pace, I do not get the same intensity that I crave.

Also a short walk in the local area on my own, usually the time just before the kids come out so it’s really quiet and just me and the nature and greenery. I’m a bit of a tree hugger

I don’t consider buying lingerie as a selfish thing for my p!easure only, as hubby gets a lot of pleasure from me wearing it, and I wear it for him (although it does make me feel good)
