Mrs bustywife thinks the same she wears lingerie for me, i think sheād look gorgeous in a bin liner but it makes her feel good then im all for it

It sounds like Mrs. Busty wife gets a lot of cardi-o from what Iāve been reading!! Donāt think sheāll find it hard! Yeah itās nothing out the ordinary Iāve been doing just cutting out sugar and sweetners wherever I can and cutting down portion size. I have a lot of health problems so I was hoping it would improve them but havenāt really noticed that much difference so far but dropping weight like itās hot!

She does indeed mrs bustywife has an underactive thyroid means its difficult for her to lose weight like you said smaller portions and cutting down on sugar is helping and we go for walks which is helping. We build up a sweat other ways which might help if not its fun trying. Hopefully your issues will sort themselves out
