Selling used swim wear

Hi. I own a lot of swim briefs of many different colours and styles. Frankly, I have too many! I looked around on main selling sites to see if others were selling used ones and to my surprise, there’s quite a market for them. So I sold a pair the other day, which was great. But I noticed that a lot of sellers actually model the swim wear?! This got me thinking, I’ve always wanted to be a swim wear model, perhaps this is my chance!! I was just wondering if any of you sold items of clothing by modelling them in the photos? Obviously, any identification features were not included in the shots. Just interested to hear your views on this :man_shrugging:

Not clothing exactly but I once built with up quite a collection of evening gloves and I modelled them in the photos, thinking it’d be cheaper than buying a dummy hand.

A lot of my buyers were men. Make of that what you will.

I used to sell a lot of underwear (new!) but with many requests for wearing which I did via vinted.. I made ok profit but was a lot of hassle

I mostly trade a lot of latex via that app now and have found it to be very harsh on some clean and safe pictures but especially for men

As a female selling used swimwear or even more raunchy stuff being worn/modelled you should be fine, I wouldn’t recommend it for men however, vinted doesn’t like us haha

I would recommend however, if you get a weeks/day ban after that be very careful because it’s a two strike rule and you’re then permanently banned

Often with these purchases, the expectation is that the swimwear and pants have been worn and not washed.

People usually want something that has been in contact with you, and smells of you.

Most will be male clients.

Some people will send video of the person wearing them or additional pictures, some will include such pics/videos whilst preforming sex acts, then take them off and send them.

We used to have a forum member who made quite a bit selling her underwear like that.

I know a lot of ladies and a number of men sell there worn underwear, panties and bra’s. They do model them (or a lot do) but most don’t show face. There are many sites that seem to specialize in this. Blonde Bunny used to post about this in detail. Unfortunately I don’t think she has posted recently though but you may be able to see old posts. Good luck.

Usually it helps some buyers to see the item of clothing on a real person to visualise how it fits so I’d defo give it a go and see if you manage more sales from it

Not for those - 2nd hand pants and swimwear surely must be about having been worn by someone, not how it fits.

I sure as hell (funny expression when considering I’m an atheist) wouldn’t consider wearing someone else swimwear (or pants) if I can afford my own, never worn by someone else. This is just a kink market.

That is a good point! Kinky people would probably be more into buying worn stuff rather than ordinary public who’d rather just get it new from a shop  still could make some nice cash if dipped into that market of kinky!
