I am going to try and word this post very carefully so it’s not misconstrued. I met my wife over 20 years ago and she already had two young children. They have since left the nest so I feel I have fulfilled my parental duties even if not my biological children. There is a discussion elsewhere on this message board about what type of porn one likes and it dawned on me that I often frequent pregnant and lactating type videos. I haven’t had a partner that went through that experience and wonder if sex during pregnancy works. I can’t see it being comfortable given the fast increase in both stomach and breast sizes, the constant changes in maternity clothing, and I know way better than to believe porn as it being fun. Does someone still get aroused at 7 or 8 months pregnant? Do you change up positions to be more comfortable? Is breast milk only for the baby and does it actually taste like normal milk? Someone maybe offended by this line of questioning but they are honest questions I will never experience with a partner at this point in my life. Just hoping someone can provide an honest reply because my wife cannot provide these answers.
Can’t answer all your points I’m afraid but I remember my wife being particularly horny more when pregnant
Not sure I particularly want another child (as great as mine are) just to get regular sex, although I do remember once when about 20 weeks squeezed into some form of lingerie with a dressing gown over it pleading with our 2 year old at the time to get back to bed and stay there as she was desperate

Yes, sex during pregnancy is just as good, yes there will be a bump in the way later in pregnancy but different positions soon overcome this.
It was always said that lots of sex helps to bring the baby along is always an advantage nearer the due date…

Sex during pregnancy was every bit as good if not better than before. You have to select your positions more carefully though.
We had full penetrative sex on the morning that she delivered our first baby.
In the later stages of pregnancy she would lactate as she approached orgasm and as she came. Particularly when she was on top. I loved it.
Interestingly, in her 50s, some years after the menopause she began lactating again due to a hormone imbalance so I got to enjoy it all over again.
Sperm helps the baby come out quicker to 
well the hormones in sperm help anyway
Sex during pregnancy was up and down for us. In the beginning my wife was not feeling well so that was a big no for about three months. 3-6 months she would feel like having sex and we did have to find new positions. 6-9 months again a big no as the wife was just not feeling it.

As for Brest milk this is a fetish and my husband did taste my milk - not on purpose but after the baby was born I was lactating for about 15 months and do playing with my boobs did give away some milk - he said it was very sweet 
My wife didn’t really want sex during pregnancy. Probably had sex 2 or 3 between 3 month pregnant to birth.
Also, sex took around 1 year post birth to become a regular thing again.
Just to balance things out, a lot more people will brag about the great times they had rather than the lack of sex they had, yet speaking to friends and male colleagues, my experience was pretty much the norm as far as they all would discuss it.
Pregnancy plays havock with hormones, babies are tiring. My wife needs to be rested to be in the mood. Waking up 2 or 3 times a night doesn’t help much.
Still so thankful she gave us 2 wondeful lives to make up our family. Dont get me wrong. I’ve been frustrated sexually at times, but that’s not much in the great scheme of things.
Appreciate all the very honest replies. Having not experienced it with my partner I can tell there is some discomfort in the commercial videos but the way the stomach is often supported while changing positions. Maternity wear has got to be a major PITA though.
My Mrs was horny as hell in the 3rd trimester and absolutely loved all kinds of sex. I really liked her pregnant tummy and growing boobs.
I was sick a lot and just didn’t want sex during pregnancy. I gave him a hand 2x a month to hold him over sometimes 3x
