That’s great, nothing wrong with that! I used to be like that but my sex drive took a massive knock with my recent mental health issues. I feel like a part of me is missing! I’m working on it and I’m definitely moving in the right direction. Sex drive is improving and my relationship is stronger, but i have a long way to go yet. Enjoy it and don’t feel like there’s something wrong, it’s great to feel that way

My sex drive is still very healthy but I’ve noticed that Im not constantly thinking about it or needing to play as much recently.
I think this is because my new partner is far more communicative and gives me lots of positive attention “you looked so beautiful tonight, Im a lucky man having you in my life” etc.
We have sex about twice a week (with ex husband it was daily) but Im just happier and more satisfied. Maybe I don’t need the feel good chemicals from sex as much now

I think from what you are saying @The_Little_Ladybird is that sex with your then husband was just that sex and the motions to get to the end.
Now sex with the new partner is rampant sex and love making with you not only enjoying the outcome but also the journey getting there. You definitely appear to be a lot happier. It may be quality rather than quantity. Life sounds good. Love you loads.
