We’ve bought one only recently. It cost over $2000 (about 1500 euro I guess), but it’s the duck’s nuts. It’s app controlled and you can change the speed and depth of the thrusts on-the-fly without having to stop it and adjust the depth screw, plus it has a range of patterns you can access. The supplied dildo is a bit too flimsy for vaginally use, but with the suction cup adaptor you can use any dildo you desire, and you can also get an adaptors for a fleshlight. I have one of the popular brand of machines premium units. Works great and comes with both a wired controller and app capability via smartphone. I did purchase the extension rod which is a must to have additional reach. Also have the suction cup adapter with silicone rings so I can attach several different dildos.
