ginseng yup, I'd stick with normal/herbal things, these pills sold are just a money maker, nothing else IMO.
majority of them are caffine and placebo effects

my wife has been giving me green tea for years, how cunning is that I never knew
I have tried half of a viagra tablet and it worked for me.

i got some genuine ginseng from china...it just makes you feel better overall and so i suppose is a bit of a fillip in the meat and veg department
They dont work and taste horrible
