Has anyone ever come across a stool or chair, that when sat on exposes the genitals and offers connections to secure the seated persons arms?
Not a queening stool, I've googled them and they are close but not close enough.

I think you may have to try out your DIY skills and modify an existing chair?
I have two "broom handles" that slot into concealed holes in the bed base at one side with hooks on them that allow us to tie up her/my legs, spread, up and wide( like in a gyno chair ) leaving one totally exposed to the others desire to do whatever they wish, play, lick, insert, spread, poke, fist!
A lot of bdsm furniture is self made with some DIY skills, or commissioned from people who can. You may have to get in on it yourself.
