Hmm. I would not know. Only place I am aware that use sex swings are sex/swinger events. The resorts abroad are just very expensive. Possibly some one more experienced than me in this kinda thing can be more of help
Hotel De Vie in Farnham has one. Apart from that, I know you can rent BDSM apartments in London and a few other places. I'd assume there might be a sex swing in one of those. Worth enquiring, but as it's a niche thing, it might cost you a fair amount!

Just looked at the Hotel De Vie in Farnham site at the moment its around £100 per room per night which seems to include your breakfast and evening meal.

As for the OP, there are many clubs from North Wales to South, Midlands etc that have swings that can be used. There is a fab site that has club reviews so you can get an idea before going. Many clubs allow overnight, though the Hotel De Vie is your very own private room.... what a treat! X
