Sex Toy Happiness Promise

Hi everyone,

Has anyone returned something under the Sex Toy Happiness Promise recently and, if so, do you have a rough guide as to how long it took before Lovehoney support contacted you to discuss the replacement?

I know that the current circumstances mean that things will take a little longer than usual and am not in a major rush but thought I'd ask so that I have an idea of when this is likely so I can keep be prepared.

When I used it I live-chatted them before I even popped it in the post. šŸ™‚ I think you can chat to them at any point and they put a note on your account. šŸ‘

The package was marked as delivered by Royal Mail on the 4th April so I might quickly live-chat them tomorrow to see if I've missed anything. :)

If it's been that long I'd chase it up. It might be taking longer because of the Lockdown, but they'll be able to reassure you either way. šŸ‘šŸ™‚

I figured that, the current situation being as it is, it would take longer than usual anyway which is why I've not followed it up yet.

It's not a big issue though so will try to live-chat tomorrow inbetween calls. :)

I should imagine as you stated and others have said it's most likely due to the current situation. I wouldn't worry though as the customer service from Lovehoney is second to none, definitely jump onto q live chat tomorrow and they will be more than happy to assist you!

Iā€™d check your bank account to see if it has been refunded as the policy has changed (although it says it can take up to 14 days for the refund to show)
