Most of my toys are silicone, because I love how easy it is to clean and how soft it feels. I do own some tpe and jelly type toys as well although I don’t like them as much because they can react if stored together and aren’t as easy to clean. I keep all my toys in custom made satin toy bags. Can I still store my non silicone toys in the same drawer as the others if they are all in individual bags? I also have two sets of kegel balls of different brands, both silicone, google says I can’t even store silicone together in contact with other silicone (how does that make sense?) what do I do? Can I store all the balls together in one bag or do they each have to have their own bag?
Yes you should be able to store all the toys together in the same drawer if they are in individual bags. Just keep an eye on the non silicone ones to make sure they aren’t reacting to the bag or breaking down and leaking through.
Silicone toys can be stored together. The only time they have problems is if they are a really soft silicone (which they would have been advertised as such and most toys are not, it tends to be a very specialist thing).
The myth that you can’t store silicone toys together came about because historically there were dodgy companies lying about the material a toy was made from. Customers believed they had silicone toys so when they reacted with other toys, people started believing that silicone toys couldn’t be stored together.

I have had a couple of occasions where silicone toys have reacted with each other or some other materials so i store themin individual plastic bags now.

Do they ever react with the plastic bags? I wasn’t sure if that was a thing as well.
Each dildo we have had their own material bag that we put them in and the same with most of our toys so they are both partially hidden but also safe
We’ve got some toys stored in new pencil cases with zips, perfect for storing toys in.
Some in satin drawstring bags too.
Got so many toys, sometimes difficult to remember which toys are in the cases/bags.
We need a labelling system, me thinks.
They haven’t yet.
