Sex toy storage

Hi everyone

How does everyone store there dildos, we buy the satin toy bags off LH. But they rip so easy, my wife’s dildo with balls barely fits in the large bag, has anyone got any other suggestions ? Obviously we want to keep all the dildos individuallly so the silicone doesn’t break down?

Thanks in advance:grinning_face::eggplant:

We have a draw next to the bed for quick access toys and then a big storage box in the cupboard which I hate as it’s not organised. I will be switching this out for under bed storage soon.

My idea is to use a storage box meant for shoes with a see-through lid. It will have lots of separate compartments so it can fit each toy in it’s own area. Unsure if it will fit the big toys but it’s the only idea I have currently.

Would love to hear everyone’s ideas on this. Currently in the bedside drawer, but it’s a mission to keep the all separated. Current system is separation via little hand towels

If you do a search there was a long discusion about this only a few weeks ago with a ton of advice.

All my C-rings and lube are in my top draw.
My OHs top draw has her suction toys and some lube.
I’ve a cardboard box under my desk with all my male masturbators ( ie. 2 ), sterile lube, sounds, prostate and other anal toys. These are separated into layers. - boxes within boxes.
We’ve a big plastic tub with a waterproof pet blanket for massages and messy stuff.
And a big Ikea box on a shelf full of everything else. Underwear, restraints, ropes, chains, vibrators, dildos, games, more lube, blindfolds, etc.

And then you’ll find stuff dotted around the house.
Theres a card game on the dining table, dice and a suction toy currently on a kitchen work top. Another game and a multi-pack of lube on the living room table. My desk has lube, e-stim, and a couple of things drying. I’ve just noticed a stack of thin C-rings and a ball stretcher behind the monitor.
And atm there’s a box with a penis pump and lube in another cupboard.
Can’t forget the remote vibrator in the car door. Just in case the door needs some love..
And recharging cables .. oh how I wish someone would enforce a standard .. my PCs are used for most of it but we’ve also a more powerful one for fast charging downstairs.

Its a major panic when we find out anyones coming round.

As for separation, c-rings I don’t bother and so far have not had a problem. They likely get disturbed too often and are a mixture of materials.

For the most part we try to use the original packaging. If that gets battered, many come with cloth bags so we then use them, but 9/10 they’re plain black, which isn’t very useful. Still we have a lot thats just loose.

Most are wrapped in kitchen roll. Anything soft goes in paper towel for a good while before I use it. Any indication of it sweating obvious chemicals and it gets binned. Storing them in kitchen roll helps me keep an eye on it over the long term. Still no guarantee.

Dildos and vibrators are generaly stored flat and by virtue of their varying sizes and shapes, barely touch. We’ve only bought what we considered good quality and touch wood have not had a problem with silicone interacting.
We keep anal and vaginal in separate rooms and never the twain shall meet. All anal get used with a condom, go through a paranoid level of cleaning and after use are stored with a new condom on.

Plugs, clit sucker, cock ring in bedside cabinet. Dildos and other non regularly used toys in wardrobe.
Bottles of lube tucked under the bed within reach.
When we’re travelling we take essentials in a travelling wash bag.

Toiletries bag in the drawer at the moment however may need to upgrade to something lockable with the kids getting older

This post and the replies inspired me to up my toy storage game and order a proper storage box, unfortunately the twilight shoe box with Edward’s & Bella’s face on it and satin bags spilling out just isn’t cutting it anymore :joy:

Ours are stored in bags purchased by the large river store. You can get a 12 pack in 4 different sizes.

I buy different sized craft bags, made of satin. I also bought some drawer organizers, the fabric and cardboard kind that you can fold down or pop up into dividers (meant for underwear and socks). Then I organize my most used toys into bedside drawers, and I bought a small metal filing cabinet to store my less used toys.

We have some overflow for sure.

The idea was that one drawer would be for toys for her, one for me (and lube in there). I’ve bought some larger items that would completely fill my drawer so it’s now gone in to an under bed drawer.

Maybe you could get some satin pull string bags off amazon that are more durable? Or if you know anyone who’s a dab hand at the sewing machine to make some!

That sounds great, any chance of a link?

Ours are everywhere right now. In a drawer and in multiple bags  we are still to find the right storage solution

We used the plastic zip lock type bags.they are cheap as chips and also waterproof .you can buy various sizes on line .keep all our toys in separate bags to avoid coming into contact with each other and being plastic keeps any of the material clinging to them

Sorry, not going to put a link for another retailer on the LH site.

I find lint free bags, or satin/silk bags to be the best solution, albeit an expensive one depending on how big the collection is.

Its always a bonus when purchases come with a supplied bag partly because you know whatever is going in it is definitely going to fit!

With the exception of some super soft grinders, my most used toys all just live in a box together and the lesser used are in drawers

Hello, just been doing some research myself as I’m getting more and more paraphernalia and my two toy cases are absolutely bursting! I need some ideas…

I do have a solution though for the toy bags… put ‘satin drawstring wig bags’ into a popular website and you can get about four bags about 35×25 cm for around £8 currently… which I find is a very generous size for my toys. I’ve got that many toys I’m needing to stock up on some more but I hope that helps. I have mine in pretty pink as well! :ribbon:

Now back to reading the replies for more ideas… :wrapped_gift::toolbox::high_voltage:

If you have a wash bag or toiletry bag with double zips, if the zips have holes in them, you can get a small padlock and clip it through the zips and then that makes it a lockable case. Put a freebie toiletry case to work this way! It’s home to my big boy dildos now and let’s hope that padlock ensures they never be discovered :folded_hands::high_voltage:
