Wasn’t sure where to ask but just wanted to confirm if you’ve recently changed the way you inform us if we’ve been selected for testing. (eg lovehoney Community email requiring a reply instead of previous lovehoney customer care email notifying it’s on the way )
It depends on the type of tester, items which are live/super-secret pre-launch you’ll get a Customer Care email. Super secret samples I will email myself from the community@lovehoney.co.uk email
