Sexercise!

Ok, so i'm trying to loose weight at the moment, i go to the gym a few times a week which is good, but i can think of better ways to work up a sweat ;-)

Any advice on sex positions that make you work hard physically? - bearing in mind that i have a weak knee joint that won't stand up to *too* much pressure. :-P - Perhaps something that can really get the pulse racing cardio-wise? - . (besides simply oggling my boy all day!) xxxxxx

Sex & plenty of it - however you can manage it! Works for me ;)

On top burns more calories with doggy topping the charts I believe but more research in my lab is required.

30 mins kissing burns 90 calories and fellatio burns off a glass of wine. According to God knows who the average outcome of a blowjob results in only 15 calories so it's in your favour (However I've never done calorie counting so I've no idea what that's the equivalent to 15 is. Banana? Crisps? A small kitten?)

Why not take a resolution to work through the Karma Sutra and stick with the one that's the least fun. That's the best sign of a good work out.

I've seen this kind of thing pop up before, basically sex, as hard and vigorous as you might try to make it, burns nothing compared to other forms of exercise.

Sex after exercise? Well I find that helps me from getting stiff the next day! ;o)

get a strap on, and give your parter a good seeing to, that'll shed a few pounds....

I suggest any form of sex, as long as its a long session which gets you sweaty and out of breath!.

Just some other advice.

If you want to lose weight, then eat less.

Exercise provides lots of benefits, including a few in the bedroom! But overall you can't substitute over-eating for more exercise, it just doesn't work.

The only things i suggest avoiding are fructose (fruit juice, fizzy pop), trans fats (margarine) and alcohol. Other than that eat whatever you want, just less of it!

I think being on top will be best, if you do most of the work then this will affect your quads which are your biggest muscles and if these are being worked then more blood will go to these muscles which will result in more calories being burnt and stronger muscles. However if you really want to lose weight then you should stay down the gym longer and eat right.

im sure sex isnt that good as a form of excersize. it may seem areobic but you really can't tell cause your heart rate can increase during stimulation anyway

Swimming is always meant to be the best because it uses all of your muscles rather than just a few, now i'm wondering how many calories sex in a pool burns off! always been a fantasy of mine but alas the pool in the east wing is one big dream!
