As this is a fixed cock ring, it will fit each penis differently.

For some guys it'll fit best around the shaft only, for other's it'tt be better worn around the shaft and balls.

If you find it offers effective constriction around your penis shaft alone, then I'd strongly recommend against trying to fit it around your balls too as it will be far too tight.

Thanks for the advice, I love the heavy ring around the shaft so will just use that way,

I wasn't trying to get both penis and balls inside the ring just my balls,

I think it is wonderful just to wear around the shaft

I bought one the other day on a bit of a whim.
