Weāre curious to know where you go for the best advice and tips to spice things up in the bedroom, other than right here on the Lovehoney Forum, of course! Whether itās a podcast, a blog, a specific creator on social media, or even on OnlyFans, where do you find the most useful sexual advice and inspiration?
If thereās a site or platform you go to but itās a competitor, just mention it as āa competitorā to keep things in line with the forum rules. Weād love to hear your recommendations!
As a man who feels like I canāt talk face to face about sex, but feels free on here, I really struggle to get tips as I feel embarrassed in a strange way.
For me the Lovehoney podcast of a few years ago was fantastic. It was funny, enlightening and opened boundaries. Have a guy on there also made me feel at ease where I have tried to listen to competitor podcasts ( most are just women ) and havenāt found one I want to follow as much as I did this one.
Itās annoying itās still not available, even the old episodes as I used to listen at work as background noise as it was funny and really helpful.
Please bring this back even if itās the old episodes so people like me who feel on their own with finding new tips, have easy access.
There are many alternatives but this was by far my favourite
I used OMGYES for some tips on different techniques to pleasure my wife, some were successful some she didnāt love (lets say she liked all of them) but what a great platform to explore, outside of that I think the lovely people on this forum give some EPIC advice
I love āohjoysextoyā which is a webcomic style blog that gives advice and guidance with the most beautiful and inclusive comics. It makes sex and sexuality feel open and fun.
Alexa andre has a podcast called inbedwithalexa which is super interesting. I try and avoid most other forums as they are usually filled with people who pretend to know everything and can give some really awful advice, wether thatās due to safety or other things itās quite scary and dangerous
iv looked at a lot of books including the Karma sutra and other sex psychology books, Iv always approached sex in a mental way over physical as I feel you need to be completely at ease with things before physical touch is involved. But mainly the lovehoney forum and also chatting to friends, Iām very grateful for having a lot of open minded and close friends
Google prior to joining the forum, but now the is my favourite tool. If you canāt find[1]
what you are looking for on this forum, I donāt know what to say
Reddit is my first choice, but I have a few books that we sometimes pick up if we thing thereās potentially something amiss. The best books weāve got are Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski and She Comes First by Ian Kerner.
Recently signed up to beducated, havenāt dived into it yet but had it looks very comprehensive!
A few different podcasts too, like Sex With Emily & Strictly Anonymous Confessions, but Iād say these are more curiosity listening as opposed to educational most of the time.
