🌶 Share your favourite places for spicy tips!

Hi All!

We’re curious to know where you go for the best advice and tips to spice things up in the bedroom, other than right here on the Lovehoney Forum, of course! Whether it’s a podcast, a blog, a specific creator on social media, or even on OnlyFans, where do you find the most useful sexual advice and inspiration?

If there’s a site or platform you go to but it’s a competitor, just mention it as ā€œa competitorā€ to keep things in line with the forum rules. We’d love to hear your recommendations!

Looking forward to your suggestions!

I use Reddit for more kink and fetish chat/enjoyment on multiple subreddits

Instagram for inspiration on outfits

and I listen to ā€˜sex and psychology podcast’ for abit more in depth dive into many bedroom subjects

I turn to reddit too. Omgyes was good. I only saw the first season. I also come here.

As a man who feels like I can’t talk face to face about sex, but feels free on here, I really struggle to get tips as I feel embarrassed in a strange way.

For me the Lovehoney podcast of a few years ago was fantastic. It was funny, enlightening and opened boundaries. Have a guy on there also made me feel at ease where I have tried to listen to competitor podcasts ( most are just women ) and haven’t found one I want to follow as much as I did this one.

It’s annoying it’s still not available, even the old episodes as I used to listen at work as background noise as it was funny and really helpful.

Please bring this back even if it’s the old episodes so people like me who feel on their own with finding new tips, have easy access.

There are many alternatives but this was by far my favourite

I’ve literally only ever had tips from here or if there’s something I noticed in a porn clip!

We use Reddit and then normal google search and scroll through with some ideas generated from porn.

I used OMGYES for some tips on different techniques to pleasure my wife, some were successful some she didn’t love (lets say she liked all of them) but what a great platform to explore, outside of that I think the lovely people on this forum give some EPIC advice

As clichĆ©d as it will sound, this has been the best place recently for tips and advice - just reading some of the comments and feedback has been ideal and if you have a question, it can be answered too which is good!!! Up to this point in life though, I think adult magazines and movies have featured too - reading the stories in magazines and watching the movies has offered a lot of tips but always knowing that a lot of the time things are exaggerated but the principles of some of the things are spot on! Just for clarity - the tips etc from these movies are a bonus, I’m not even going to pretend I watch them for educational purposes at all!!!:rofl::rofl:

I love ā€œohjoysextoyā€ which is a webcomic style blog that gives advice and guidance with the most beautiful and inclusive comics. It makes sex and sexuality feel open and fun.

Alexa andre has a podcast called inbedwithalexa which is super interesting. I try and avoid most other forums as they are usually filled with people who pretend to know everything and can give some really awful advice, wether that’s due to safety or other things it’s quite scary and dangerous

iv looked at a lot of books including the Karma sutra and other sex psychology books, Iv always approached sex in a mental way over physical as I feel you need to be completely at ease with things before physical touch is involved. But mainly the lovehoney forum and also chatting to friends, I’m very grateful for having a lot of open minded and close friends

Online dating is surprisingly raunchy for comparing fantasies and ideas for spicing things up.

Google prior to joining the forum, but now the :magnifying_glass_tilted_left: is my favourite tool. If you can’t find[1]
what you are looking for on this forum, I don’t know what to say

Two competitors that I use are: Sexology Podcast and Sex with Emily Podcast. Definitely this forum and random google searches

Other than googling things and gossiping with my friends this forum is my first and only foray into the world of sex advice, and I love it here.

Reddit is my first choice, but I have a few books that we sometimes pick up if we thing there’s potentially something amiss. The best books we’ve got are Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski and She Comes First by Ian Kerner.

Fetlife, this forum and reddit are my go to places.

Recently signed up to beducated, haven’t dived into it yet but had it looks very comprehensive!

A few different podcasts too, like Sex With Emily & Strictly Anonymous Confessions, but I’d say these are more curiosity listening as opposed to educational most of the time.

Not to toot your horn too much, but I follow Lovehoney on instagram and there’s plenty of tips on there.
